About Jonathan Ritter
Jonathan spent 15 years at AB InBev, making a significant impact on a global scale. In Canada, he led the Sports and Entertainment team, overseeing major partnerships with top sports leagues and the music industry. Additionally, as Head of Innovation, he played a key role in pioneering the non-alcoholic beer category. In 2018, Jonathan was promoted to the Global Innovation team in New York City, and in 2020, he was appointed Global VP of Innovation, where he led a team of 180 and helped AB InBev earn recognition as the 12th most innovative company worldwide by Fast Company.
As the founder of Upper West Ventures, Jonathan specializes in innovation coaching, working closely with private equity-backed companies and emerging ventures to drive sustainable revenue growth, achieve operational excellence, and build high-performance teams. He also coaches athletes, executives, and students, helping them identify their competitive advantages and develop strategic career roadmaps. Jonathan holds an Honors Degree in Economics from Queen’s University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and has completed Executive Innovation training at Harvard Business School.

A dual-season Olympian who made her debut in bobsled at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics after competing in track and field at the 2012 London Olympics. She earned a bronze medal in the two-woman bobsled event, making her one of only 128 athletes out of 150,000 (0.08%) to compete in both Olympic games and medal in one.
